Stress

Stress is one of the most overused and looked up words in today’s language.

Life is stress.  We all need a certain amount of stress to achieve.  Stress can be experienced when we believe we cannot cope, and you feel overwhelmed.  Yet, modern day stress and burnout are the ‘copping out’ words if one doesn’t want to do something “I’m suffering from burnout or stress, I need a day off”.

Imagine what the world would be like if all people stopped when a challenge seemed to be too hard.  Chris Barnard would never have done the first heart transplant.  Think about your environment and recognise the overwhelming that was conquered.

Yes, the average person experiences more incidents of stress like traffic jams, listening to types of news, allow enough time not to get stressed in traffic.
